What it does
Aulto is a web-based release marketing service for artists, labels and managers. It brings smart links, pre-save pages, fan email collection and campaign analytics into one account. It also includes tools for Instagram comment-to-DM campaigns and private sharing of unreleased music.
From announcement to release day
Start with a Spotify or Apple Music link, an ISRC or a UPC. Aulto builds a release page and finds the same track on other services, including YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Audiomack. You can edit the results and add your own destinations.
For an upcoming release, the pre-save page can show a countdown and collect email signups. Calendar reminders are available, with optional WhatsApp reminders where supported. On release day, the page turns into the regular smart link, so the URL you have already posted still works.
Other useful parts of the toolkit include:
- a fan list you can email or export as CSV;
- campaign tags and click reports by source, country and device;
- a link-in-bio page, short links and QR codes;
- Reply Drop, which can send a link when someone comments on an Instagram post; and
- Vaulto, for sharing demos, masters, stems or press files through a code-protected link with an expiry date.

Plans and limits
Aulto is sold by subscription after a seven-day trial. The trial requires a payment mandate and becomes a paid plan unless you cancel it. The entry plan limits the number of smart links, fan contacts, email sends, Reply Drop rules and Vaulto storage, and it keeps Aulto branding on public pages. Higher plans raise those limits and remove the badge.
Reply Drop needs an Instagram Professional account and may need to be enabled for your Aulto account. WhatsApp reminders also require setup, and Meta's messaging rules and charges can apply. If those two features matter to a campaign, check availability before moving your links across.
Alternatives to Aulto
SXR Connect is the closer fit if you mainly need smart links, pre-saves, bio pages and audience analytics and want a freemium starting point. Feature.fm covers the same release-link basics but has a broader set of fan-management, contest, tour and retargeting tools.
